Fiere
E’ importante per le realtà delle aziende locali e la qualità dei propri prodotti essere presenti nei grandi eventi enogastronomici alla pari dei grandi nomi con strutture e mezzi adeguati.
La partecipazione ad eventi è uno dei migliori modi per porre sotto la diretta attenzione del consumatore il prodotto che potrà essere valutato con un esame visivo, olfattivo e anche degustativo. Abbiamo a nostra disposizione una Cucina-mobile. Questa attrezzatura ci permette di partecipare a qualsiasi tipo di fiera sia all’interno di padiglioni che all’esterno, con un impegno ben preciso:
divulgare l’immagine dei prodotti di alta qualità.
Cucinando sul posto, con la collaborazione di grandi Chef e degli Istituti Alberghieri, piatti prelibati da far gustare ai visitatori comodamente seduti all’interno dello Stand. La struttura è particolarmente adatta per tutte quelle manifestazioni in cui la gastronomia è la protagonista d'eccellenza. Sagre, raduni, fiere, manifestazioni sportive, eventi particolari...

Trade Fairs
It is important for local firms with their quality products to participate in food and wine trade fairs on equal footing with established firms.
It is not enough to display goods, they must be presented in the most effective way and sampled as well as admired. This can be done with the help of professional assistance.
We have the use of a mobile kitchen which allows us to be present at all kinds of Trade Fairs etc. inside or outside marquees:
to promote high quality products, preparing, on site, various dishes, with the assistance of chefs from culinary schools, while the visitors are comfortably seated in the marquees.
This is particularly suitable to fairs where food and wine is the main attraction.
The mobile kitchen is also suitable for use at festivals, sporting events and gatherings etc….
